Both options are Building Code compliant. We can install your patio cover as either attached or freestanding, with your choice of a flat/studio roof or a gabled roof, tailored to meet your unique needs and preferences.
Both systems can be further enhanced by enclosing with our “Vista” screen wall system or adding a “Betterliving” Patio Room or Sunroom for a complete outdoor experience.

PanelCraft™ Roof System
PanelCraft™ roof systems feature 3″, 4½”, and 6″ insulated foam-core panels, providing excellent thermal performance to keep your car cooler in the summer while offering reliable year-round protection. The carport is finished with durable, colour-matched structural posts and beams (2¼” or 3”), ensuring both strength and visual appeal.
Choose from white or sand panel skin colours, complete with integrated gutter systems. Additional options include fixed or venting skylights, a foam panel with an OSB fire protection layer, and a roof panel designed for shingling. If desired, walls can be added for enhanced shelter and protection. This system can also be used to create a maintenance-free carport.
Northlander Skyview Roof System
The Northlander Skyview Roof System enhances your outdoor experience with 5/8″ triple-wall panels available in three tint ranges, offering superior UV protection, shading, and light transmission. We also offer 1 1/4″ sheets with additional internal walls for extra insulation. With continuous panel lengths up to 24′, it eliminates the need for cross members in most applications, creating a sleek, uninterrupted look.
All framing is made of durable, maintenance-free aluminum, available in white, sand, and black to match your aesthetic.
